From a flat lot to the side of a mountain 2000 feet from the road, we can put your home almost anywhere. You can bring your plans, or we can design a home uniquely yours.
We are a full-service builder. You only need to provide a lot with an approved soil site. Our home building services include clearing your lot, installing water and electrical lines, building your septic system, and building your driveway. We provide a fixed price for your house construction; not cost plus which can often times run over your budget.
We provide clients with online access to the project schedule, photos, and finance. Each house comes with a transferable 10-year structural warranty thru 2-10 HBW warranty company.
